Meet the Montes

Christian was born and raised in the City of Chicago. Prior to becoming a licensed realtor, he received two bachelors degrees in Communication Studies and Sociology. Christian always had a knack for communicating and connecting with people, so his family and friends aren't surprised he ventured into a client based business such as real estate.

His vision of starting a real estate group was to create a transparent and market based approach to real estate. Christian believes that a real estate transaction should be a fluid process instead of a challenging one. He aims to help simplify the process by explaining all steps in a detailed manner, rather than vaguely and superficially.

With years of experience managing rehabs of single family residences and multi-unit properties, he has learned the renovation process from start to finish. In addition to that, he manages over 15 rental properties in Chicago. Knowing the construction side of real estate helps Christian provide better service to both sellers/buyers. 

 Christian prides himself on his ability to respond expeditiously via text, call, email - providing his clients with answers as soon as possible. Christian has the ability to take on tough negotiations and isn’t afraid to ask questions to get the most out of his clients or counterparts.
