Technically no. However, by hiring The Montes Group, our clients will have a professional team guiding them throughout the entire process. We also have access to resources that a for sale-by-owner might not. In many cases a homeowner will sell their house for significantly less than they would by hiring a licensed realtor.
What is a pre-approval, why is it important?
A pre-approval letter is a document given to financially qualified homebuyers to narrow the sales price which they can afford to buy. In order to get “pre-approved” homebuyers need to sit down with a qualified mortgage lender. The Montes Group works closely with lenders that help familiarize the process of the mortgage loan. By fostering relationships with lenders, our clients can shop with confidence and be sure that we are included in all communication along the way.
What is a mortgage?
A mortgage is a loan that helps homeowners finance their property. Most real estate transactions are financed this way because rarely is it affordable to have hundreds of thousands of dollars saved to purchase a home.
How much do we charge?
The Montes Group does not charge a penny for helping their clients during the home buying process. Our fee on the selling-side of the transaction will be privately discussed at the beginning of the consultation.
